Welcome to Arris Concepts Luxury These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our furniture, accessories, and interior design services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Agreement

By utilizing the ACL website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our brand's interests.

2. Product Information & Artisanal Variations

We take great pride in the unparalleled craftsmanship of our collections. Because many of our pieces are crafted using natural, high-quality materials (such as premium woods, marble, genuine leather, and artisanal fabrics), slight variations in color, texture, and grain are inherent and celebrated.

Visual Representation: While we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, the colors and images you see depend on your device's screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
Natural Characteristics: Natural characteristics such as wood knots, leather veining, or marble patterns are not considered defects, but rather the unique signature of bespoke luxury.

3. Pricing & Payment

Currency and Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Taxes and Duties: For international orders, prices do not include import duties, taxes, or other customs charges unless explicitly stated. The purchaser is responsible for any applicable import fees required by their destination country.
Payment: We require full payment (or an agreed-upon deposit for bespoke/custom projects) at the time of order confirmation. We utilize secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your financial data is fully protected.

4. Custom & Bespoke Orders

ACL offers personalized and made-to-order services.

Order Modifications: Once a bespoke or made-to-order item has entered the production phase, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Final Sale: All custom, bespoke, and personalized items are final sale.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

We offer premium global shipping and white-glove delivery services where available.

Timelines: All delivery dates provided are estimates. Due to the careful handling required for luxury furniture and global logistics, minor delays may occur. We will keep you proactively informed of your order's status.
Access Requirements: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered furniture will fit through all doorways, staircases, and elevators at the delivery location.
Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Any transit damages or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to our concierge team within 48 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our products, our return policy is strict.

Standard Collections: Unused, standard-collection items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items: As stated in Section 4, all bespoke, custom-upholstered, and made-to-order pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of ACL Luxury Concepts and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not extract or utilize parts of the content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACL Luxury Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat.
